GENERAL CHARTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These are the general Terms and Conditions of the contract. These Terms and Conditions are binding regardless of whether you read or understand them. If you do not understand anything contained herein, please call our office for an explanation. In the event that a dispute or unpaid balance arises, the chartering party will be responsible for all attorney and collection fees incurred by All Aboard America!.
All Aboard America! is not responsible for personal items left on the motorcoach. The chartering party is responsible for his/her own property.
The chartering party is responsible for all tolls, parking, park entrance fees, driver lodging and/or attractions. Groups are to provide each driver with a single, non smoking room.
This contract is a projection of mileage and/or hours per your itinerary. Any changes that increase the mileage or hours will be charged to the chartering party.
A deposit of $150.00 per coach or 10% whichever is greater, is required within 14 days of booking unless credit has been approved in advance. The final balance is due in our office 14 days prior to departure (except “Special Events”).
A $150.00 cancellation fee will be charged if charter is cancelled 72 hours or less prior to departure. If cancelled 24 business hours or less of departure date there will be no refunds or credits issued. A four hour minimum will be charged if the service is cancelled the day of scheduled departure for local service. All trips outside of the metro area or multi day trips will be subject to higher cancellation fees based on the trips itinerary.
Final itineraries must be received in our office at least 7 days prior to departure for safety review. The Department of Transportation prohibits drivers to be on duty for more than 15 hours per day, 10 of which are driving hours. The driver must be given 8 consecutive hours off duty before returning to “on duty”.
All charter parties will be billed for any damage to coaches over and above normal wear and tear. A $250.00 deposit per coach is required on all trips that will have any alcoholic beverages on board. This deposit is refundable if the coach returns to the yard in the same condition as it departed. No kegs or glass containers are allowed on the coach. All beverages must be in paper, cans or plastic.
All Aboard America! reserves the right to refuse to transport a person or persons under the influence or whose conduct is objectionable to other passengers or the safe operation of the coach.
Smoking is prohibited while on the coach.
Passengers and escorts must remain seated to the rear of the white line at all times when a coach is in motion.
All Aboard America! reserves the right to cancel any charter for non-payment or unsigned contracts. All contracts require signature and payments to be considered valid.
The above terms and conditions are not applicable on “Special Events”.
